β’ All commissions are handled through a queue-based system.β’ Orders are completed one at a time, in the order they are accepted.β’ Payment secures a slot in the queue, not an immediate start.β’ Queue position represents order only, not a guaranteed delivery date.β’ Estimated delivery times are general references, not fixed deadlines, and may vary depending on queue position and commission complexity.By commissioning me, you agree to work within this system
- Accepted Payment Method - β’ Payoneer (MAIN & REQUIRED METHOD)
- Payoneer (Payment Information) - β’ Payoneer is my only accepted payment method.β’ Through Payoneer, clients may pay using PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other supported methods, depending on their country.β’ Registration is quick and does not require a subscription.β’ All payments are processed through Payoneer for consistency and security.
- General Payment Conditions - β’ Full payment upfront is required.β’ No work will begin until payment is fully confirmed.β’ Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service and the commission workflow.β’ All commissions are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
β’ Estimated delivery ranges may vary depending on:
- queue position
- commission complexityβ’ Time estimates are not guarantees.β’ Updates regarding workflow or pauses are communicated publicly.β’ Final artwork is delivered as a high-resolution digital file. No physical items are provided.
β’ Revisions are allowed only during the sketch phase.β’ Once the sketch is approved, no major changes will be accepted.β’ Minor revisions refer to small adjustments (such as expressions, proportions, or details), not changes to pose, concept, or composition.β’ Requests that differ from the originally agreed concept may require additional payment or may be declined.β’ Clients are responsible for reviewing sketches carefully before approval.
β’ Clients must remain reachable when their commission becomes Active.β’ If a client does not respond within a reasonable timeframe after activation, the commission may be paused and the workflow will continue with other orders.β’ Inactive commissions may be resumed later depending on availability.β’ Extended inactivity may result in the commission being considered closed, with no refund.
β’ All commissions are non-refundable.β’ Each commission is custom-made and reserves a slot in the queue.β’ Payments will not be refunded due to delays, changes of mind, or loss of interest.
β’ Queue progress and general updates are shared publicly.β’ Individual messages asking about:
- exact delivery dates
- queue position
- βhow long is left?β
may not receive direct responses.- This ensures consistency and protects the workflow.
β’ In case of illness, technical issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances:
- the workflow may be temporarily paused
- a short public notice will be sharedβ’ Work resumes as soon as conditions allow.
β’ All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.β’ Commercial rights are not included by default.β’ The artist retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, and platforms such as Patreon, unless a private commission is agreed upon.β’ Private commissions may require an additional fee.
